The Department of mathematics in Guangxi Teachers Education University is the oldest and the best teaching quality in our college. Under this learning environment, I benefited a lot from my knowledge and ability. At the same time, I have learned the basic skills of the teachers, have a good ability to express teaching language, master many knowledge of pedagogy and psychology, and use it in the family teaching in the holidays. I can adapt different environments quickly .Second I like this kind of field very much and I take it as my career .Till now I have one year experience in this field. As a 21 years man, Id like to experience more to enrich myself and then it can help me to laid good foundation for my future career .
